30-Day Return Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/24

1. Return Period:

  • Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please retain this proof of purchase, as it will be necessary to process your return.

4. Return Authorization:

  • Before initiating a return, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

5. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Inspection of Returns:

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If the item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

8. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

9. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
